In accordance with the provisions of the «Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties», Nano Electrónica, S.A. de C.V., declares itself to be a legally established company in accordance with Mexican laws, with its address at Neptuno No. 62, Nueva Industrial Vallejo, CP 07700, Gustavo A. You may also rectify them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, cancel them if they are no longer necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, or oppose their processing for specific purposes. The procedure to exercise your ARCO rights is as follows:

  1. Submit the corresponding request to the privacy office at the address indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Notice.
  2. Your request must include the following information:
    • The name of the data subject
    • Address or other contact method
    • Documents verifying your identity
    • Any other document that facilitates the location of the data
  3. We will attend to your request within 20 days, through the method you choose: via email or at the privacy office.

We are committed to not transferring your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases established in Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and to perform such transfers under the terms set by that law. In the event this happens, the company will collect the necessary requirements from you to proceed with it.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice
We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time to address legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for providing our services or products. Therefore, we are committed to keeping this notice updated for your reference, allowing the data subject to exercise their ARCO rights and keeping them informed of any changes by notifying them at the last email address they provided.
